If you think your product is defective and you require a replacement, repair or refund, simply follow these instructions:
Email hello@thebeautyfridge.com.au with a sentence about the defect + video/photo evidence attached, Order Number and delivery address
Once approved, send back your product as directed with all original contents it came with to The Beauty Fridge - GroundFloor, 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189. A replacement, repair or refund of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
You have 12 months from the date of original order to process a warranty application.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that will receive your returned item, depending on where you live the time it may take for exchanged product to reach vary.
Shipping, handling and admin fees of $21.95 are non-refundable.
